Hosting

The website and API are hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA — vercel.com.

Persistent application data is stored with Supabase Inc. — supabase.com.

What AutoCrypto is

AutoCrypto is a wallet control layerthat lets a user's own AI assistant (Claude, Cursor, Windsurf, or any compatible client) talk to the user's self-custodied crypto wallet within rules the user sets. AutoCrypto does not:

  • hold or custody crypto assets,
  • provide investment advice or recommendations,
  • act as a broker, dealer, exchange, market maker, or money transmitter,
  • operate a payment service or e-money service,
  • guarantee the performance, return, or availability of any crypto asset.

Stack & responsibilities

AutoCrypto sits on top of independent technologies, each governed by its own terms. We do not assume the responsibilities those providers carry:

  • Stripe handles all card payments and subscription billing. Stripe is the merchant of record for transactions made through the AutoCrypto Pro subscription. See stripe.com/legal.
  • Safe (formerly Gnosis Safe)provides the on-chain custody contract that holds the user's funds. Custody, signature, and execution of on-chain transactions follow the Safe contract's deterministic logic. See safe.global.
  • Base (Coinbase L2) is the underlying blockchain network. Network availability, gas fees, and finality are determined by Base. See base.org.
  • The user's AI provider(e.g. Anthropic, OpenAI) operates the language model that runs locally for the user. AutoCrypto exposes tools the model can call, but does not control the model's behavior or outputs.
  • The user's wallet provider(MetaMask, Rabby, Coinbase Wallet, etc.) is responsible for safekeeping the user's seed phrase and private keys. AutoCrypto never sees them.

Intellectual property

All content, code, branding, and visuals on autocrypto.space are the property of Backroom Inc. unless otherwise indicated. Open-source components used by AutoCrypto are credited in the public source repository.

Personal data

AutoCrypto processes a minimum of personal data: a wallet address (public, on-chain), optionally an email (collected at billing for receipts), and product telemetry (page views, agent decisions). We do not collect identity documents, KYC data, or payment details (Stripe handles those). See Terms for the full data-processing disclosure.
